When you enquire

The enquiry buttons open your email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send an email. We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss your needs and, if you engage us, arrange the agreed service.

Please include business information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive customer information by email.

Visiting this website

The homepage does not use contact forms, advertising tags, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Fonts and brand images are served with the website. Cloudflare provides hosting and may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the site.

Payments and services

If you purchase a website service through one of our proposals, payments are processed on Stripe’s hosted checkout for Ascently Pty Ltd. Card details are entered with Stripe, rather than on this website. A private payment-event record can retain Stripe reference IDs, payment status, amounts and dates to help manage the service. The relevant proposal contains the service terms.
